Methodology
Quarterly route sampling — East, West, and Central routes each quarter, with seasonal swap (e.g. Fanal Forest in winter mist vs summer green). Operator audits as fee-paying client trips, never disclosed in advance, with assessment focused on driver competence, route storytelling, vehicle condition, group size compliance, and stop timing. Every flagship viewpoint visited at least twice per year, in different conditions.
